Arlene Faracchio

FARACCHIO It is with sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Faracchio. Ms. Faracchio was 81 when she passed and was a resident of Avondale in Jacksonville. She passed on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Hospice Center of St. Vincent's Hospital. Ms. Faracchio had held several positions over the course of her life, including a long stint in the Social Work Department for the Duval County Jail. She was passionately involved with the Duval County Democratic Party and the Jacksonville Jewish Center. Ms. Faracchio is survived by her brother Jerry Jay and sister Bobbi Alpert. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, Dean Faracchio and his wife and daughter Nancy and Brittany, Craig Faracchio, and Karyn Dossenback and her children Joshua, Alyssa, and Jacob. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Riverside Memorial Park located at 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville 32205. Leaving a hole in people's lives when you leave is a good thing. She will leave an impressive hole.
