MY FLESH WAS SADDEN TONIGHT TO HEAR THE HOME GOING OF BOBBI. SHE WAS LOVED AND TOUCHED MANY PEOPLE. I MET BOBBI IN THE EARLY 70'S . BOBBI AND SAND WERE WORKING AT NCR AND WE ALL SANG IN THE CHOIR AT TRINITY. I PRAY YOU FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING TO BE ABSENT FROM THE BODY IS TO BE PRESENT WITH THE LORD. PRAYING FOR YOUR STRENGTH. Ken, even though we no longer live in Jacksonville, Julia continues to read the Times Union on-line. We are so sorry to read about the passing of your wife. It's been thirteen years since we last seen/spoke to one another (AT&T computer systems in Charlotte, NC). Please send us an email with your telephone number so we can catch up. I knew Barbara only through the wonderful things Ken said about her at work but I liked her immediately. Even though those of us left behind will miss her, Heaven is rejoicing. My prayers are with Barbara's family, especially Ken.

Barbara was always smiling. You could hear it in her voice over the phone. She always welcomed me when I visited the family. She will be missed but we all know she is in a good place now.
