One year ago my Mother and best friend for over 30 years of my adult life left me. The hardest thing for me is not hearing her voice and hugging her. My Mom was the most giving person I've ever known. Sundays are the most difficult. Your Yellow Rose of Texas has lost her luster. I thought the depths of my sorrow wouldn't be so vast by now. Yes Randi, we miss her very much. Thank you for signing her guest book it means alot to all of us to hear things about my sweet mother in law. I drove by Gladwell Florist Sat. and thought how many flowers that I received from her that she purchased from them. She was one of a kind, we all loved her deeply and our hearts hurts, because we all miss her so bad.But I know I will see her one day again in heaven, cause she earned her wings to fly high.

I am really sorry to hear about Mrs. Fox passing. I first met her when I became one of Patty's best friends when we were only 12 years old. I will never forget when Mrs. Fox tried to teach us how to do cartwheels in the front yard. She could do them better than any of us. I remember her always smiling and happy. She was one of my favorite people and I always felt happy at the Fox house. She will be missed by many here on earth, but greatly received in heaven. My condolences go out to the whole family.

She was a wonderful grandmother and a very kind person. She would do anything for anyone. I can not even put into words how much she will be missed. I will miss the times when I was growing up that she would rush me outside of the mall to see a train going by or the times we would harass my mother and pick out the ugliest shoes for her to try on when she was looking for shoes. I will miss the sunday movies and lunches we went to as I was growing up. I love you Grandma.

Barbara and I met 43 years ago at Southern Bell where we were cord board operators, what fun we had.Mostly acting like kids.She's been my best friend ever since.Never met a kinder person.I will miss her more than I care to think. This is for you Barbs. "Miami Mamie" I'll remember the laughs.I know she's playing with Ginger now and every other dog in Heaven.I'll miss our talking on the phone she loved her family and dogs,talked about them all the time. So tender and so gentle, as only she could be. For all that she believed in, as far as we could see. Was living life and having fun and don't forget her Love. For "angel" does describe her best along with her white dove.
She said to laugh and cry with joy, and don't forget to sing. All the songs she'd taught us, like the wind beneath my wings. So sing it out loud and clear. But don't regret that she is gone, she hears you loud and clear!
Today we learned what a hero means, she'd be so very proud. To see her name so brightly lit from atop her great white cloud. She watches closely over us and guides us through each day. So please remember her, each and every time you pray!
Not one of us would disagree, she left us way to soon. The only time we see her now is through the big bright moon. Her legacy lives on today and those who knew her boast. That life and love and laughter too, are what she loved the most.
To my sweet gentle loving Mother In Law...I will miss all my emails and beautiful things you would say to me. I Love You, and the last 26 years that you have been in my life.
May you Rest In Peace.....Now I can call you my Angel from above!

I was privileged enough to have known this wonderful woman for the last 13 years. She was Danny's grandmother, but she also became mine, and not just by marriage. Mrs Fox was so giving and caring to Israel and Kristin. She was a wonderful role model for them.

I am so sorry for your loss. Barbara was a very dear and sweet lady. I had the opportunity to work with her at the Cassat Office and spend some time with her , Jim and Ginger who she dearly loved. To see her smiling face everyday was a gift she gave me. She was the first one I saw when i went into labor at the office and from then on she became like a God Mother to my Matthew.
