What a friend we have in Jesus all our sins and grief to bear. What a priviledge to carry everything to God in prayer.
Mother, I remember when I was a young girl this was one of your favorite songs. I have grown to find comfort in these words. I imagine that you were preparing me for this moment. I miss you so much. You were my friend, and a terrific Mother. Thank you Mom for the wonderful memories that you have left behind. I will always cherish them.

Love you Mom

Mom,
You were an astounding woman of God that cared deeply for your family. You sacrificed so much for us to have a better life. I remembered how much of a prayer warrior you were from the early days of New York City to Jacksonville, Florida. Your legacy will remain in us forever. You will always live in our hearts.

To: Raul Garnett and Family
Mrs. Garnett possessed a beautiful spirit that I will never forget. I will certainly miss her warm, beautiful smile that would always greet me with a kiss on the cheek during fellowship time at "The Oak".
Do know that as a family we are praying with and for you. "Continue to look to the hills from whence cometh our strength".

Be blessed and take care.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Anselma,
So sorry to hear of your grandmother. You must have many wonderful memories to look back on. She probably gave you alot of joy. Here are a few scriptures that have helped me in the past. John 14:18, 27:"I will not leave you comfortless; I wil come to you.", also "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." Travel safe, my friend.
