To my loving sister, I know these last few days has been the hardest days of your life. I also now that God has carried you in his arms to keep you strong and comfort you. I am here for you today and always. I thank GOD that he sent Lamont form heaven to take care of you. I know daddy was happy for the both of us for finally finding someone to love us for us with no restiction. Right now I know daddy, Miss Beverly and Bernardette are looking down on us and smiling, and thanking god that we have each other. We may have lost 3 of the most beautiful people form down here, but we got 3 of the best ANGELS looking down on us to carry us through what every may come our way. Always remember we got god on our side and he want put no more on us then we can bear. I love you.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

To the family of Beverly Jenkins. She was such a wonderful person and one of the best Surgical Technician's I ever worked with. I met Beverly when I went
to work in the Operating Room at St. Luke's in 1974 when it was located at 8th & Boulevard as a new nurse to the
Operating Room. She taught me so much
and was the only person I know who could be asleep, and never miss a beat
passing the instruments the doctor needed. She always fascinated me at
what she could do. She loved her work, her doctors and everyone she was
around. When St. Luke's moved to JTB
Beverly stayed behind with Methodist
as they acquired the old St. Luke's building. The last time I saw Beverly was many years ago at a Transplant meeting. I thought of her often and was very saddened to hear of her passing. She will be greatly missed on this earth, but is rejoicing in heaven with all those who have gone before her, (Isaac Wilcher, Pauline
Vereen, Faye Berard) God be with you all.

To the Jenkins family,
I was Ms. Jenkins' casemanager. She was a sweet, kind and caring soul. I looked forward to speaking with her every week. She told me all about her trip to the Bahamas and how much she enjoyed being with her granddaughter. She also told me how much she enjoyed her recent trip to Washington.
I count myself blessed to have had the opportunity to meet her face to face about 2months ago.
May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.....Elnora Haynes

Wynetta: It is nothing like having someone at your bedside, holding your hand, and offering a smile and laughter to calm your spirit at the time of surgery. That is what I will remember most about Beverly. I thank God for her sweet spirit. You have been the strength of your family, so we pray for you at this time.

Dear family,
Though your hearts may be heavy just trust and believe that the Lord will heal you with every tear you cry. I grew up with the family and i felt like i was family. Even when Wynetta used to chase me and Bernadette out of her room when we were kids, Mrs. Beverly used to always say now you all know better. She never yelled and at us she told us to be nice and play. It was a great surprise when i saw mommy beverly working at Shands i felt such joy. She will be truly missed but never forgotten. God has just one more angel looking down on us.
