Mrs. Lindell & Family:
I was so saddened to learn from my friend today of the death of your dear husband and father. I worked for Mr. Lindell from 1972 to 1974 as his personal secretary. My name then was Pat Hopkins.
I worked for him when Laura gave birth to her first child and he beamed that now he was a grandfather and that she had given birth without so much as an aspirin.
We worked together but we also laughted alot. He was always smiling. I can see him now. He was always tops in my book.
I would think of him every so often
over these 30 years and wonder how he was doing. Just the first of last week I thought about him and wondered if he was still alive. That must have been right around the time he passed on. He must have just been passing the word that he reached Heaven because I know that's where he is.
May God hold you in his loving hands. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.
Sincerely,
Patricia Hopkins Barnhart
