I've known Charles Seymour as long as I have been in St. Augustine, and always esteemed him as one of the finest citizens of our Ancient City. One of the last times I saw him, I got his autograph, and I will keep it to remind me of him, and someday pass it on to my children, who've known him for all of their lives. My best to Kathleen and all of the family.

Sincerely,

William Wall

Dear Flora Nell and Goody,

My heartfelt sympathies to you. Imagine my reading about your Dad in the online edition of the Record. Your Dad would be pleased that I'm active in our Episcopal Church here in Montgomery, Alabama. My prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Goody,

You and your dear mother and family are in our prayers. "Eye has not seen, ear has not heard" the glorious things that your father is now experiencing. We share your sorrow that he is no longer here with us all but we rejoice with you in knowing that he is with his Lord and that we will be with him again.

Goody, Mary, and family, we are thinking about you, and your extended family, at this time. May the comfort of your faith, the love of family and friends, your wonderful memories, along with the many prayers offered on your behalf, provide the support you need. Rev. Seymour has been such a model of Christian Life, for so many of us, through the years. Allan and I always remember him as a calm, caring church leader, at Trinity Episcopal, and we feel blessed to have known him and Mrs. Seymour.
