Cindy Bland Obituary

BLAND Cindy Rainey Bland, 54, went home to be with the Lord on September 7, 2016. Cindy was a native of Jacksonville and graduated from Victory Christian Academy. She loved her family, the outdoors and spending time at the beach. Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Rainey on March 5, 2015 and is survived by her father, David Rainey, 3 daughters: Abby Hart, Whitney Hart and Rebecca Bland; 3 grandchildren: Ty, Mylz and Myla; 1 sister: Suzy (Jack) Gillespie; 1 brother: Tony Ruth and a host of friends. Life celebration service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2016 at North Jacksonville Baptist Church, 8531 N. Main Street with Rev. Chris A. Coram, officiating. Her family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the church. Peeples Family Funeral Homes, 14165 N. Main Street, (904) 764-2542.
