FOX Corey Marshall Fox passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born in New Orleans, LA on May 15, 1973. Corey was a vibrant soul with a zest for life. He was a musician, artist, and gardener. He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and friends, especially his fur babies, Max, Louie, and Elfie. His sense of humor was unparalleled. He always had the ability to make someone laugh. Corey will be forever missed by his parents, Gail and Larry Fox; his fiance, Michelle McCleary; his grandmother, Rose Gillum; his brothers, Vance Fox and Eddie Miller; his sisters Tonya DeLorm and Dawn Fox; and his nieces and nephews, Kayley Neri, Jed Fox, Tyler DeLorm, Jenna Fox, Kyle Whitten, and Jameson Whitten. Corey's family would like to give special thanks for the love and care he received from the MICU doctors and nurses at Flagler Hospital and the coordinators at Life Quest. The family will receive friends Monday, August 21st, 5-7 p.m. at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL. A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, August 22nd at 2 p.m. followed by his internment. In lieu of flowers, expressions of kindness may be made in memory of Corey to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Jacksonville Humane Society.

I'm so sorry to hear about Corey's passing. He was such a good soul and a shining star. I always have had a spot in my heart for the loyalty, kindness and care shown to me by Corey. This saddens me but knowing Corey he wouldn't want time wasted with tears for our loss. Only a swelling heart full of life with the memories we share of him. In the union everyone had their own relationship with Corey.For me the straight up conversations we shared, talks of how times were back in the day growing up,and looking forward to seeing him do his thing on the forklift will always be in my heart!!!
