Curtis Sowders Obituary

SOWDERS Curtis Jerome Sowders, Sr., 64, passed away on February 20, 2003. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Hyde Park Golf Assn. He is survived by his wife, Dorla Rhodes Sowders; daughter Paula Hannah; sons, Richard Allen Sowders and Curtis Jerome Sowders, Jr.; grandchildren, Cassie, Caitlynn and Curtis J.,III; step-grandchildren, Matthew, Cindy, Tiffany and Christina. Funeral services will be 2 P.M. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, in the chapel of TOWN & COUNTRY FUNERAL HOME, 7242 Normandy Blvd. with Rev. Larry McGinley officiating. Entombment to follow in Riverside Memorial Park. Visitation with family from 6-8 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home. Please sign the Guestbook at Jacksonville.com
