To the Given Family, our prayers and thoughts are with you. Although we only knew Mr. Given (we called him Mr. D) for a short time, he will be greatly missed. He was always pleasant and full of joy. May the Peace of God surround and keep you all.

Glenda, I am so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. You were great neighbors and friends. I truly enjoyed looking at your photo albums and hearing your stories of cruising.
You are in my prayers.

I met Dan while working at TIMCO Lake City in 1992.He was one of the finest, most frindly men I ever had the pleasure of knowing and working for. He could make a person feel comfortable and at ease in conversation. He treated all with respect and courtesy.Dan was a great friend to me.He always had time to talk when he knew someone need to,and would try to help in any way he could. This fine man will be loved and missed by all who really knew him.I myself will miss him greatly.GO WITH GOD MY FRIEND. RIP

We have known Dan and Glenda for over 20 years, we all met in Lake City, where we were neighbors in Piccadilly Park. He will be missed but not forgotten. His memory will live on at "TIMCO" , and in Lake City, as a great friend and a loving husband. He will be remembered as a very proud man, no matter what he was involved in, it was done to the very BEST!!! Thanks Dan for all the memories we have of the great time we all spent together. Keep on "SAILING"
