I really' don't remember Dani. I know she was my mom's cousin. The only memory I have of her is when I was little, we were eating pancakes over her house and I believe is was Dani asked Aunt Mary to get her more pancakes and while she was cutting them up she sneezed in them. it was really funny. from what I have heard she is an absolute wonderful person and I bet she really was. What little memories I have of her I will always remember and for those who were closer I am so sorry. I wished i could have gotten to know her better.

I babysat Danielle for awhile when she was younger and she was the sweetest girl I have ever known. She was so genuine with her love that she openly gave to everyone she met. I am so lucky to have met such a wonderful girl. She will be missed.

I met Danielle a year ago and the first thing she did was give me a big warm hug. She had this openess about her which welcomed all into her life. She was the most genuine person I have ever met and will miss her hellos to me every morning and her "I will just take one more piece of candy before going off to class". She touched my heart but I know Danielle is singing with the angels now. She will watch over us till we meet again.
Miss you and love you Danielle

I met Danielle in the Santa Fe Singers this semester. I came into class not knowing anyone, but there was Danielle with her wonderful smile and open arms. She welcomed me in and made me feel as though she'd known me all of her life! I don't think I have ever been touched so deeply by someone so quickly. I had an instant Agape love for Danielle. I know she is with God Almighty today and I thank Him for allowing Danielle to be in my life, even for the brief time she was. Because I had the blessing to have met Danielle, I can truly say I am a better person for it. Because of Danielle I will hug more people, I will smile at more people, and I will love more people and not worry about what "others" may think. In this I know she lives on in me and in all who knew her. Danielle I miss you kiddo but I will see you in every smile I see and feel you in every hug I give and receive. Sing on, my wonderful friend.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

There is so many things that I remember about Danielle and the stuff we used to do together. But there is one thing that I know that everyone will always remember is her smile.
I could remember the first time I met Danielle. My boyfriend's older brother was keeping to go out with her. But I know what kind of guy he was so I thought that I would help. And since that day me and Danielle became best friends. Everyday on the bus, morning or afternoon, we would sit together and she would always sing that sesame street song to me to nake me laugh. Plus since day one she always called me "Face." Yeah sounds funny but is because I always made faces to make her laugh and smile.
Danielle and I went to go boweling on day with my older sister and that end up changing the place was full. So we allow Danielle to pick what we should do since we were Gainesville anyways. Danielle picked mall and the movies. That was the most fun had a mall and even at the movies.
When my other best friend, David McKenzie, passed away she was the first person to call me and check on me. Danielle and her dad picked me, my boyfriend, and my brother up to go to his viewing. Danielle did not want me going with us together and it made it a lot better on both of us to be there together. We were crying and still she made both of us smile and laugh.
There was one day in one of ou college class we could not find her car keys. So we went to see if she left them in her car. Well and be hold there her keys were still in the ignition and I told her that I done it too and we both laughed about it. So she called her dad and he came to the campus and got her keys out of the car. We both were stumped because we wanted to know how he did that but she got her keys out and she was even more happy.
She was my best friend and my sister. She had given me so much love and friendship that I could not repay her back for the world. But I wanted to thank her dad and mom for allowing everyone to have their angel in our lives. Thank you so much. You are in my thoughts. Thank you again.
Danielle, I love you and I miss you so much that is hurts. Thank you, Danielle for everything that you have given me and thank you for you love. You mean a lot to me and to a lot of other people. We will keep you alive in everything that we do. I love you Danielle and I will miss you greatly. I hope that you and David are having a great time in Heaven together. I Love you Dani Girl. From your friend and sister: "Face."

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
We will miss Danni who was full of life, love and fun We are thinking of our family in Starke right now and know you are in our prayers. Love Always.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
