Dear Hope, our love and prayers are with you and ya'll's family at this time. You were both so brave with each illness that came along you and Bud just handled them with the help of the Lord, got through most of them... You and Bud were one of the most devoted couples we have ever known.. I look on the back row of the sunday school class and can still you both sitting smiling and seem glad to be there... We love ya'll so much and Bud will be missed by a lot of people..

Well over 30 years ago, I wrote an English composition about "My Dad, the Rock", comparing him to the Rock of Gibralter. He was the rock for our family. Strong and unyielding in his love for his family and his love for life. He was the one person everyone in the family went to with their problems. He was and will always be "My Rock". He will be missed by all who knew him and we are all blessed for knowing him. We love you and miss you Dad. Mom, if Dad was "The Rock" you're the glue that holds everything together. Stay strong. Love, Becky and Art

What a wonderful man;Bud was so
smart & yet folksy that made him a
joy & comfort to be around. I enjoyed so much my church affiliations with him in bible study &
whatever we gathered to do.
I know he'll be greatly missed by many.
