Della Mitchell Obituary
A Homegoing Celebration for Mother Della Mae Mitchell will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, September 29, 2018, at Philippian Community Church, 7578 New Kings Rd., Bishop V.C. Jones, Sr. & Dr. V.C. Jones, Jr., Pastors.
Mother Mitchell transitioned on September 25th. She is survived by her loving and devoted children: Shirley Jones, Marva Sinclair, Patricia Brown, Sharon Mitchell, Alveta Mitchell, Larry Mitchell (Amelia) and Daniel Butler (Teresa); a number of grand, great-grand and great-great grandchildren; a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
A viewing will be held at the mortuary today from 5-7pm and at the church from 9:00am until the hour of service. Interment will be in Restlawn Cemeteries, North.
