Thank you, Mrs. Stokes, for always welcoming me in when I forgot my housekey and never showing the slightest bit of annoyance that I forgot it so often! You were so sweet, so kind, so generous. (And you always had oreos! :) Bill, Mike, Marvin, Rhonda -- my deepest condolences for your loss. I hope you are all well and thriving. Love, Natalie Alane (Webb)

Rhonda, I'm sorry my mother and I can't be there today to honor your mom and be there for you -- mom's on her way to Denver and I'm starting a new job at work - but our prayers & thoughts are with you – great, great memories of your sweet mom.

Dear Stokes Family,
I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you. I have very sweet memories of our families at Camp Blanding, water skiing, camping and swimming. Your mother was always so sweet and patient with us all. I pray that your sweet memories will give you comfort and knowing your mother is in a Perfect place and at peace will ease your sorrow. Please know that your families are in my family's thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Malissa Brooks Dugger

Our deepest sympathy to you all. My mama would love to be there to comfort you all but her health makes it nearly impossible. She is in a wheelchair and I am unable to lift her to get her in the car. She has been in a nursing for 4 years now needing 24/7 care. She recently had a confused moment where she said she was at a PTA meeting with Edna. She talked about it for several days. My take on it all was that she always had a great time and your mom was a good friend to mine and she truly loved her! We will be keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.
Lovingly,

We pray that God will comfort Aunt Edna's family. We all will miss her. What a wonderful lady she was with a shining smile that Henry remembers well from early childhood and that greeted us again and again through the years.
