CASSIDY Emma Louise Cassidy 76, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, June 13, 2016. Born in Preston, MS she came to Jacksonville 15 years ago from Rochester, NY. Louise loved her family, a devoted mother and grandmother, she was fondly known as the family's caregiver. Surviving is her husband, William M. Cassidy; sons, James Painting, John (Debra) Painting, David Painting and Michael (Phyllis) Painting; one brother, two sisters, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 1:00PM at Hardage - Giddens, Chapel Hills Funeral Home. The visitation will be Thursday also from 11:00AM until the service time. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:30PM at the Maplewood Cemetery in Henrietta, NY. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her memory to the charity of your choosing.
