Frances Denmark Obituary

DENMARK Mrs. Frances Bradham Denmark , well known Co-Owner/Operator of Denmarks Restaurant, Inc, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 25, 2003. She was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, FL, where she attended local schools of Duval County , graduating from Stanton Vocational High School- Class of 1963. Mrs. Denmark was formerly employed by Sears, Inc until she retired after 19 yrs. of dedicated service. She was a faithful member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church, Rev. Joe Calhoun, Pastor. She was preceded in dealth by her parents Joseph and Mrs. Phoebe Bradham; a brother, Joseph Bradham, Jr.; Survivors include her husband, Aaron Denmark, Jr.; son, Jerome Bradham; daughter, Ms. Patrenna Bradham; grandchildren, Ms. Shakina Bradham, Brandon Bradham and Ms. Jameshia Bradham; great grandchild, Amari Jones; sister, Mrs. Josephine Brinkley (Lee); brothers, Aaron Curtis (Billie), Robert Bradham, John Bradham and Leroy Bradham; stepchildren, Aaron Denmark, III, (Maria), Ricky Denmark, Terry Denmark and Ms. Sherolde Denmark; uncles, Roosevelt Curtis and Prime Curtis; a number of cousins , other relatives and friends, including special friends Freddie and Jewel Tyson and Ms. Evelyn Williams. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2003 in New Bethlehem Baptist Church, Rev. Joe Calhoun, Pastor, officiating. Mrs. Denmark will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends Friday from 5 PM until 8 PM (where the family will receive friends at 5 PM) and in the church Saturday from 9 AM until the hour of service. Entombment will be in Edgewood Cemetery. The cortege will assemble at 8547 Darlington Dr. under the direction of ALPHONSO WEST MORTUARY, INC. 4409 Soutel Dr. (766-9671).
