Freddie Palmer, age 64, departed this life on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at West Jefferson Medical Center. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Freddie was a retired foreman of the Louisiana Dept. of Transportation and Development. Loving husband of Mary Juniors Palmer. Father of Troy (Evelyn) and Brian Arnaud, Trenise and Freddie Palmer, II. Devoted grandfather of Ka’vonta, Da’vonta, and La’Niyah. Son of the late Julia Odom and Eugene Palmer, Sr. Brother of Frances Palmer McCloud of Houston, TX, Eugene Palmer, Jr. Jennie Palmer Cosse’, Frank (Beatrice) Palmer, Sr., and the late Ernest Odom. Devoted friend of Ellis Allen; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Olive B. C. of Harvey, Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Mt Olive B.C. #1 of Algiers, St. Mary B. C., New Testament Miracle Revival Int.
