Joe, Words can not express the saddness of hearing of George's passing. George was a great friend and always a gentleman. He was such a positive influence. The world has lost a great man and Heaven has a "Premier Service" angel. May God grant you the strength to face the days ahead.

George, You will truly be missed. At work you were always there when I needed help and when you found out about my cancer, you called still ready to lend me support even in your time of pain. I was fortunate in knowing such a kind, thoughtful and talented person such as you and being able to call you my friend. Take care my friend and put in a good word for me up there.

I Heard the Angel Say

I thought I saw your face today,

in the sparkle of the morning sun.

And then I heard the angel say,

"Their work on earth is done."

I thought I heard your voice today,

then laugh your hearty laugh.

And then I heard the angel say,

"There's peace dear one at last."

I thought I felt your touch today,

in the breeze that rustled by.

And then I heard the angel say,

"The spirit never dies."

I thought I saw my broken heart,

in the crescent of the moon.

And then I heard the angel say,

"The Lord is coming soon."

I thought that you had left me,

for the stars so far above.

And then I heard the angel say,

"They left you with their love."

I thought that I would miss you so,

and never find my way.

And then I heard the angel say,

"They're with you every day."

"The sun, the wind, the moon, the stars,

will forever be around,

reminding you of the love you shared,

and the peace they've finally found."

I am so sorry to hear about Geo's passing. I have so many fond memories of him from work and the Union Hall we shared in many great times. Geo always added so much to anything he was part of and no one will ever be able to fill his place in my heart. He has left behind many loved ones and friends who were lucky to have him as a part of their lives.

My heart goes out to you Joe and Mrs. B.

Love George's friend Anjee (auhngee)

To Joe and the Boehmer Family,

We were truly sorry to hear of the loss of our friend, Geo. He was always smiling, happy and a pleasure to be around. We have many great memories of him to treasure. I still have the baby from the King Cake that we had in training class, which Geo had brought from New Orleans. May God Bless and comfort you and to Geo we lift a glass in your honor. Joe and the Boehmer Family,

No words can express the loss you are experiencing, but George will be truly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

George has been a great friend to me for many years. We were stationed together in the Navy, and met again years later when we worked together.

May God keep his hand on yours hearts.
