1953 - 2016

HENRY George Dewey Henry, 63, succumbed to his long fought battle of illness and injuries Friday, November 18, 2016. Mr. Henry was born in Jacksonville and was retired from the Anheuser Busch Brewery with 33 years of employment. He was also a member of Oceanview Lodge #408 F&AM and Albert J. Russell Lodge #126 F&AM. Mr. Henry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and Masonic brother and was always gracious with his time, willing to teach anyone who was willing to learn. He was predeceased by his parents, Argo Cecil Henry and Dorothy Henry; and his brothers, Sonny and Johnny Henry. Survivors include his wife, Debra Henry; daughter, Cynthia Henry-Davis; step children: Nigel Ledford, Stephanie (Ryan) Kozloski, and Ryan Heeckt; grandchildren: Kyle and Kaitlyn Davis, Ethan Lawrence, Cecilia and Henrix Kozloski; and his siblings: Micki (Gene) Price, Wayne (Dina) Henry, James Henry, Patty Pacetti, and Penny VanLiempd. Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday, November 22, in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave., with Dr. Noel Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends one (1) hour prior to the service, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in his memory to Community Hospice of N.E. Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
