To the Grange family,
Gifford was my favorite Rotary member and loved by my family for centuries, at least it seems that long! I am going to miss his positive, loving spirit. All of my memories of him are that this was a man that walked in grace with the holy spirit. With my deepest sympathy,

We miss our dear friend Gifford very much. He was a colleague, an advisor, a hunting buddy, a special friend, and above all always a gentleman and an upstanding citizen. He will live on in our many memories, and we will continue to treasure our beloved friend Louise.

Lynne & family, please accept my family's sympathy for your loss. Your father's patience giving the "sailing" lessons for you girls at the yacht club, is a fond memory from my daughter's childhood. Your parents were always gracious when stopping by your home to visit or when attending your wedding. We are never ready to lose our family members but may there be memories of good times to comfort you. - Janet Cather Byers, Jacksonville, Florida

One of the happiest days of my life was when the Jacksonville Firefighters helped him win his seat on the City Council. May this great warrior for the people rest in peace.

We will all miss Giff. One of my earliest memories of Cousin Giff is when he gave me my first paying job--washing and waxing his car (but I'm sure he did most of the work as I was no more than 7 or 8 years old at the time). He actually paid quite well--a double banana split sundae! Through the years, he and Louise have kept me and my family in their hearts--now I feel like a piece of mine is missing.

RIP Gifford! My memories of you will always be with me, you were always a kind person and for that I am truly grateful!
