I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Herman. He was always a very kind, generous and positive person and very well thought of by all in Erwin and I'm sure that was the same in Jacksonville. I have some very nice memories of Herman and I am sure that you have many many more. Best to Polly, Mark and Mike

Herman was a very special gentleman, loyal member of Science HIll's class of '47. My thoughts and prayers are with Polly and the family. May God bless and keep you.
