Inez Kennedy Obituary

KENNEDY Inez A. Kennedy went to her Lord on April 29, 2008 after a brief but valiant battle with cancer. She was born August 18, 1924 in Rowland, NC. She leaves behind, a daughter, Adelle Kennedy LaNoue, one sister, Ruby Duncan and other grieving relatives and friends. Her husband of 60 years, Egbert preceded her, on November 9, 2004. She was a member of the Scottish Chapter of Eastern Star, a member of Lake Asbury United Methodist Church and was heavily involved with agricultural affairs in Clay County. She was very proud of being one of the founding members of the Clay County Fair. She was a tiny, but vivacious woman with many friends of all ages. She was known far and wide for her big, beautiful smile, twinkly eyes and sense of humorÉ. Visitation is at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL on Friday, May 9th, 5:30 to 7:30 and funeral services will be Saturday, May 10th, at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will follow in the Garden of Masonic at Jacksonville Memory Gardens. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
