Jack was an unforgettable person, he always had a friendly smile & happy story to tell.

We knew him from when we lived on Maiden Voyage Circle South. We moved 8 yrs ago, and he had moved away before that; but, whenever we saw a restored car, we looked to see if Jack was driving it. It will be a hard habit to break.

You all are in our thoughts & prayers.

We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the entire Hale family. Jack was the most unique person we have ever known. We meet people that remind us of others but Jack stood alone as an individual. He was like a charactor in a book, larger than life. Although he will be sorely missed here on earth he will always remain a part of our lives in our hearts.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jack's family at this time. He was a good friend and a fine southern gentleman. Our memories go back to the "Gray Ghost" and his great smile and handshake when we met at different car shows and cruise-ins throughout the many years. God needed to add another true car lover to his heavenly family. He couldn't ask for anyone more special than Jack. We'll miss him, but we know we'll see him again.

We have truly lost a great friend. Jack has been an inspiration to me and the company. You will be missed by all the ones that knew you. Fair winds and following seas.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Elsa and their kids. Please try to take comfort in the fact that Jack is in a better place and has no pain nor fear. You will sorely miss him, as we all will.

Jack was always ready with some good jokes and some great stories; as he was to the very end. Heaven, get ready, 'cause Jack can keep you riveted. You'll know him when he pulls up to greet you in the two-tone pea green chariot with an orange bow-tie logo. The rest of us will just have to KOJA farewell for now!
