Joe Edward HARGROVE

HARGROVE Joe Edward Hargrove of Orange Park, FL, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 1, 2015. He graduated from Berkeley Training High School, Moncks Corner, SC, in 1969. ABH1 Joe Hargrove retired from the U.S. Navy in 1993 and was employed by Seafarers International Union. He was predeceased by his father, Johnnie Hargrove, Sr. and sister, Loretta Hargrove. Joe is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 34 years, Terrie; mother, Mrs. Dollie Hargrove of Goose Creek, SC; sisters, Mrs. Alice West of Brunswick, GA, and Mrs. Johnnie Mae Keyes (William) of Goose Creek, SC; brothers, George Hargrove (Barbara) of Summerville, SC, Lewis Hargrove and Johnnie Hargrove, Jr. (Sandra, deceased) both of Goose Creek, SC, Ceaser Hargrove (Carrie) of Charleston, SC, and Robert Hargrove (Denise) of Jacksonville, FL; sister-in-law, Mrs. Ruby Hargrove (Peter, deceased) of Goose Creek, SC; mother-in-law, Mrs. Bertha Jones of Norfolk, VA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service, with military honors, at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 713 Old State Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445 on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. The family requests no flowers.
