Joseph Wiley Obituary

WILEY Joseph Wiley, 62, passed away December 5, 2010 at Kindred Hospital in Hollywood, Florida with his wife Linda and children Erin and Brian by his side. Joe was born and raised in Huntington, Indiana. He attended the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He later earned his MBA from IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He married sweetheart Linda Creviston in August 1970. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, his daughter Erin Wiley Moore, her husband Charles Moore and their daughter Camden and his son Brian Wiley and his fiance Susan Duren, his mother, Mary Maxine Wiley, brothers Jack and Jerry and sister Janet. Joe had an impact on every life that he touched. He loved playing the piano and enjoying other music. Joe enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter Camden and playing golf with his son and son-in-law. Joe began his career working in the telecommunications industry first with GTE and subsequently with AT&T. Local career stops included positions at American Transtech, Jacksonville University and Wind Energy Consulting & Contracting. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers Joe may be honored by donations in his name to the National Stroke Association.
