Lillie Collier Obituary

COLLIER Mrs. Lillie R. Collier, 66, died Monday, June 7, 2004 at her residence. Mrs. Collier was born in Bonifay, Florida and had lived in the Jax. area most of her life. She was a former manager of Lane Avenue Laundry and a member of Blanding Blvd. Baptist Church, 5005 Blanding Blvd., where funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 10, 2004 with Rev. Roland Cuevas, Pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery near Macclenny. Mrs. Collier is survived by 5 children: Deborah (Elliott) Sierra, Diane (Sidney) Keenan, David (Paula) Smith, Robert Morgan and Donald (Judy) Smith; 2 brothers: George and James (Linda) Champion; 2 sisters: Janie Danity and Mebble (Carl) Vaken; a special relative: Vickey Champion; 14 grandchildren including: Danny, Tina, Misty and Angel who was always there for her grandmother; and 9 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM on Wednesday (TODAY) at the North Jacksonville Chapel of PEEPLES FAMILY FUNERAL HOMES, 2220 Soutel Drive, near Lem Turner Rd.
