To Mr. Brennan and daughters,
My prayers are with you as you go through this difficult time. I met Lisa at a sorority meeting in Greenville, SC around 1983 (or 1984). I moved away and lost contact but would run into her at various events whenever I was in town. She always had a cheerful smile and spirit. I found out the news through a church member in Greenville. Growing up in Greenville, I believe Lisa lived across the street from my home church. I was saddened to hear the news that a sweet Soror has gone home as her task has ended and God has granted her a home above. May you find comfort in the memories that are yours to cherish always.
Take Care........Peace & Blessings!

Dr. Brennan
Although I only knew of Mrs. Brennan via your conversations while you were at Homestead Senior High in Miami-Dade, I gathered from those conversations that she was a beautiful person....wife, mother, educator. I see she was. My prayers and thoughts are with you and the girls. May God give you strength in time of your sorrow.

To Dr. Brennan, Andraya and Taylor, I am truly sorry for your loss. Simple words cannot express my sincere sympathy. Mrs. Brennan was always willing to assist me at my school no matter how much time it took. Please know that she was an inspiration to many and she will be greatly missed. She often spoke of each of you sharing your family stories. May your memories of good times last each of you a lifetime. For it is written "To be asbent from the body is to be present with the Lord" May she rest in peace with our Savior and may your hearts be lighten in the days to come.

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.

I can think of no more likely candidate for becoming a star than Lisa. As I read the thoughts of others feeling her loss, my impression of her as a caring, strong, loving and supportive individual has been further cemented. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

To the Brennan Family

May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.

I remember the day that Lisa came to our office. She possessed the qualities of a woman that was intellectual, beautiful, and had great compassion for others. We formed a friendship that I will all ways cherish. I will miss our talks about the goodness of God and teasing her about being a member of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. I thank God for allowing her to enter into my life for this short season.

I know no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, but just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer.

I met Lisa 27 years ago when I first moved to Greenville, SC. We both attended Bethel Church of God Holiness. Lisa was such a sweet person with a beautiful spirit inside that radiated on the outside. She will truly be missed in this earthly realm but God has her now in His hand. Rest in peace Lisa.
