Marty loved his family and his family loved him. It was important to him that we respect and love one another. He will always be in our hearts. Family reunions will be fondly remembered because he gave from his heart. May god comfort us all.

I have lots of wonderful memories of Uncle Marty and the rest of the family, most of them memories are from the hunting club. He was a great man and he will never be forgotten. I truely blieve he is in Heaven Hunting those dirt roads with my dad and Uncle Tony. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mrs. Higdon and family, It sadden me when I heard about Mr. Marty. We know that we will see him again one day in heaven. I know you will miss him but we have lots of memories to hold on to and because of them he will always live in your heart and that is a comfort. I will always remember all the fun time we were invited over to join the family and eat and he treated us just like one of his own.
