Michael George Radwanski

RADWANSKI Michael George Radwanski, 84, entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 23, 2007 at his residence surrounded by his loving and supportive family. Born in Dunellen to his late parents, Michael Stanley and Kathryn (Kolchetski) Radwanski, he had lived in Manville prior to moving to Orange Park in 1995. Michael was honorably discharged as Corporal from the United States Marine Corp. after faithfully serving his country from 1944 to 1946. He received the Good Conduct Medal and Certificate of Satisfactory Service. In 1985, Michael retired from Gulf & Western Properties in New York City where he had worked as a project manager and master carpenter. He had also worked for Madison Square Garden Corporation and on the Meadowslands Complex. He was a faithful communicant of St. Mathew's Catholic Church in Jacksonville, FL, a member of the American Legion, Marine Corp. League, Polish American Home, Bound Brook Drum & Bugel Corp., Carpenters Union #455 and a former member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville. He leaves behind his loving wife Marie Anne (Czaplicki) Radwanski, with whom he joined hands in marriage on June 18, 1944, his devoted children; Patricia Ann Bowsman of Middleburg, FL, Thomas M. Radwanski of Jacksonville, FL, Kenneth G. Radwanski of Orange Park, FL and Michael Gerard Radwanski of Fleming Island, FL. He leaves behind his dear siblings; Josephine Wotasek of Stockton, Joseph Radwanski of Bound Brook, and Frederick Radwanski of Boulder City, NV and by his five adored grandchildren, all of whom will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2007 beginning 9:00 a.m. at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 followed by interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Bridgewater. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at the funeral home on Friday, March 2, 2007 from 6-9 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until service time.
