I sold some property for Nick and Sue years ago. Jan Goodman buyer didn't want to give me the cash. I called the gazebo and told Nick "hey Nick Goodman doesn't want to give me the money. Nick said put him on the phone, "Nick "Jan give Larry the Money" Goodman hearing him agreed then. I called Nick Me: hey Nick I got the money" Nick: "Bring them to me" I got in my truck and didn't stop driving until I pulled up at the gazebo. everything went well. That is the Nick I knew from childhood until that time. Trust, hard at times, always fair. You could never tell 100% of the time what he was thinking, but a decent man and a friendly person...he will be missed 45th. st will never forget him regardless to who is in that building.. John, Nick and Family, I am so sorry for our loss, as you know I loved Godfather like he was my own. This is a great loss, but now he is with God, no longer suffering and waiting for all of us drinking Arak!!!!!.

Sue and Family: Nancy and I are truly sorry to learn of Nick's passing. He was a true friend always showing compassion for others and his williness to help. He was an icon in Arlington and he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Farah family, Nick is an outstanding person loved by all. His smile & wisdom will surely be missed. I remember going to Farahs & he was always in his"corner" laughing & socializing with who ever stopped in. RIP Mr. Nick May God bless the Farah family in their time of need.
