I worked with Bobby for many years before I retired from JEA. Bobby was a delightful person to work with. I always relied on his professionalism, honesty and competence. I always enjoyed his great smile. He will be greatly missed by the Jacksonville business community and all who were privileged to know him. I am sure he is with God. I was shocked and saddened with the news about Bobby. My heart breaks for all of you. I have such wonderful memories of his beautiful smile and spirit. I was always a little envious of your strong love for each other even in our young college years. The fact that you shared 25 years together and 3 children is an awesome testament to that love and I pray that it will carry you in the hard times to come. I will keep you and your family and Bobby in my prayers. There is comfort in knowing he is in the best place ever and that he is no longer sick but living in the Glory of God. God bless you all.

I will always remember Bobby wobbling after Charlotte, Billy, and me -- with his diapers falling down around his legs. Ol' Droopy Drawers! With the encouragement and support of my aunt, uncle, and cousins, I know that Mary Jean and the kids will do very well -- besides, they've got the best angel advocating for their needs that they could have now.
