I was totally stunned to hear of Ron's death..I have worked for the school system for 18 years and have known Ron for most of those years. Ron was always there for all my problems. We shared pictures of children, then grandchildren. I was dreading him going into retirement, I was already missing him.. I can't tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. He will be missed greatly. I find myself looking for Ron to walk in school when I call for a lock man.. He was such a great friend and I miss him dearly.

Dear Abrams family,

It is with deep sympathy to hear of Ron's passing. He was a wonderful person to be around. He always had a way of making everyone smile. I feel like I know your family just from talking to him and sharing pictures of his kids and grandkids. He was a very proud husband/father/grandfather. He is a true loss to Sandalwood and the rest of the school system. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

God Bless,

Cindy Keane and family (Sandalwood High School)

Mrs Abrams & Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. Ron will be sorely missed, thru out the school system.

We both were born in Indianapolis, he even dated a girl at my high school, but I didn't know either of them. Ron went in the Marines and I went in the Navy. What a coincidence we both ended up in Jacksonville, working for the school board, and servicing schools at the beaches!!

I will miss his friendship and guidance. Semper Fi, Ron!!

Bev and family,

I am so deeply saddened by the events of the last few weeks. My fondest memories of Ron will be of his ability to laugh and make the best of any situation. He loved Bev with such a true and devoted heart and Chip, Tracy, and Kelly were lucky to have had his influence and love in their lives. My heart is breaking tonight along with you all. I love you Bev and will be here should you need me.
