Rose Latimer Obituary

LATIMER Rose Anna Latimer a resident of 3421 North Ardisia Road, passed August 28, 2004. She was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist, 3738 Winton Drive, Dr. John Gunn, pastor. Mrs. Latimer is survived by a devoted family that includes daughters: Jeannetta Scrivens (Rev. Charles Scriven), Carol Dunlap (Joe Dunlap), Gladys Wiggins (James Wiggins); sisters: Ella Mae Martin (Joe Martin), Glistine May; brothers: Julius Warthen; grandchildren: Rosemary Harriston (Orlando), Carolyn Kirce (Robert), Lansing Scriven (Mary), Leonard Scriven (Karen), Selena Samuels, Henry Jackson (Connie), Sharon Betts (Jimmy), Kandi Jackson, Renee Telfair; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at her church and the interment will be in Edgewood Cemetery. Mrs. Latimer may be viewed Friday (TODAY) at Carthage Chapel Funeral Home, from 4:00 p.m. until 8 p.m. The family has asked the corgete to assemble from 3421 Ardisia Road North.
