Dear Richard and Elaine: Just wanted to express my sympathy to you and your family during this time of the loss of your daughter. I talked with Sammie a few times when I made deliveries from Pennock and thoroughly enjoyed talking with her. She seemed so full of life and enjoyed hearing about our new products. Words are never adequate to express thoughts at this time. But know that I am praying that God will give you and your family peace in the days to come.

Dear Ona, and parents, as well as girls,

I had the wonderful pleasure of getting to know Sammy when she was in elem. school at San Mateo. I drove bus 117. Way back then the kids called me Mrs. Peterson. Sammy was a true delight. When Ona and her father were in the accident Sammy would talk about Ona comming back home all the time. She missed her sister so much. Elaine, I have never forgot either one of your daughters. They both were good girls, and I looked forward to seeing their smiling faces everyday.I pray for this family that the peace and comfort of our Heavenly Father be with you through this most difficult time. Know that Sammy has touched many lives, and left lasting impressions upon our hearts.

My sincere thoughts are with your family,

Kym (Peterson ) Whitaker

"Surrounded By Love"

Today is the day,

That we had to say goodbye.

God took you from us,

And we don't know why.

Pain and Grief,

Love and Depression.

For such a wonderful person,

You've made your impression.

We will hold you close,

So we'll never be apart.

You're on our minds,

And in our hearts.

We'll try to smile,

And not be blue.

As we live each day,

With thoughts of you.

"It will all be okay."

Said a voice from above.

"Sammie is with me."

Surrounded by Love.
