Sheila Johnniemae Webb

WEBB Funeral services for Mrs. Sheila Johnniemae Webb will be held 12 Noon Saturday, July 17th from the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Beaches Memorial Park, 1500 Main Street, Atlantic Beach, FL, with the Rev. Adrian Weeks, officiating, assisted by Pastor Cooper. Interment will follow in Beaches Memorial Park, with full military honors. Visitation will be Friday evening from six until eight at Chapel of Peace at Beaches Memorial Park. Mrs. Webb was born in Albany, New York, and died on July 4, 2010 at her residence, at the age of 55. She served with the U.S. Army, during Viet Nam, receiving distinguishing expert marksmanship ribbons for both M-16, and Hand Grenade warfare. Mrs. Webb began her career as an educator, graduating from Florida State College, Jacksonville University and Webster Universities. She received her masters degree, and taught in Duval County Schools before having to resign due to declining health. She was a member of Agape New Life Christian Church. She was predeceased by her youngest child James Webb, and a grandson, Ray Ray Gantt. She is survived by her loving husband Tommy Webb. Children; Calvin Sonnirea, JamakaGantt (Sirayto), Tara Caracter (Steven), Latory David (Kevin). Seven Grandchildren, many other family members who will always remember her, sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; aunts; uncles, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, God children, and many sorrowing friends. The family prefers in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Agape New Life Christian Church, 2034 Phoenix Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
