Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Wayne Keeys 10 AM Monday, July 12, 2021, at The Soutel Chapel of J. E. Fralin & Sons, 5065 Soutel Drive. He is survived by children, Dalwin (Monique) & Tyrese (Harold Manning Jr) Keeys, Garrett (Sherrie) Levien; 2 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Visitation SUNDAY from 3 – 5 PM at The Soutel Chapel. Interment at Jacksonville National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to J. E. Fralin & Sons Funeral & Cremation Services.
