ANTHONY BLAIR Obituary

Anthony "Tony" Vaganos Blair, 37, of Wellsboro, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. He was born March 4, 1981, in Wellsboro, the son of Robert J. Blair and Tana V. (Root) Deery.
Anthony was a graduate of Wellsboro High School, Class of 1999 and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, with an associate degree in Graphic Design. He was instrumental in organizing the first computer generated art exhibit at the Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center in Wellsboro.
Anthony had a very kind and outgoing personality, he loved interacting with children and animals. He will be remembered for his contagious smile and twinkle in his eye, regardless of his mood.
Surviving are his father, Robert J. Blair and his mother and step-father, Tana and Phillip Deery, all of Wellsboro; is his sister, SanBee K. Coolidge (Nathan) of Philadelphia; aunts, Glenna Blair, Lisa Dodge (Gary), Kathy Mignano (Joe); uncle, Leon Root (Diana). Anthony was preceded in death by his brother, Kaleb Robert Blair in 1993; grandfather, Glenn A. Blair; grandmother, Vera (Blair) Ferguson; grandparents, Kathryn and Leon Root.
Anthony's memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 17, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Pearl St., Wellsboro, PA with the Rev. Canon Gregory P. Hinton officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Wellsboro Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Wellsboro High School, Kaleb Robert Blair Memorial Scholarship Fund, 227 Nichols St., Wellsboro, PA 16901.

Tony you were my cousin my very favorite cousin you bright joy to everyone everywhere you went no matter who they were you were always kind I love you so much I miss you we spent alot of time together you were more like a best friend brother then anything I keep trying to be the soul you are but it is hard you were one of a kind your always in my mind and heart miss hanging out fires iced coffee long drives ect ..I love you Tony I can still hear your laughing no your with me love you forever!!
