DEBRA TOPF Obituary

Debra Jo (Donner) Topf, 70, of Wellsboro, passed away Thursday May 8, 2025, at UPMC Harrisburg. She was born November 19, 1954, in New Orleans, La., to Donald E. and Vivian Lucille (Borden) Donner. She grew up in a Coast Guard family and moved frequently in her youth. After Debbie graduated from high school, she earned her associate's degree, and on June 14, 1975, she married Ralph David Topf with whom she shared 50 years of marriage.
Debbie and Ralph owned a farm together and she worked for C&N Bank in Wellsboro. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Wellsboro and loved people and laughing. She was an avid book reader, and enjoyed playing cards, drinking tea with family and friends, enjoyed crafts and learning new things, especially languages. Debbie loved to travel and did so extensively, both domestically and internationally.
She is survived by her husband: Ralph Topf of Wellsboro; two daughters: Erin Topf (David Schmouder) of Buttonwood, and Sara Topf-Garrington (Matthew) of Denver, Colo.; a son: Benjamin Topf of Denver, Colo.; four grandchildren: Vivian Kinter of Pittsburgh, Evyn Garrington of Denver, Roxanne Garrington of Denver, and Ilo Topf of Golden, Colo.; a sister: Pam Ingerick (Tom) of Wellsboro; and several nieces and nephews.
She was loved by all.
In accordance with Debbie's wishes her services will be private at the convenience of her family and her arrangements have been entrusted to the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901.

I worked with Debbie for several years at C&N Bank in Wellsboro in the early 90's. She was an extremely kind person, knowledgeable, always had a bright smile on her face and was an absolute pleasure to work with and know ... she will be missed

My deepest condolences to Ralph, Erin, Sara, and Ben and all the grandchildren . Debbie was a cherished friend to me. I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing. We shared a lot of great memories in our younger years. She helped me raise my girls and our kids grew up together. Her open heart was a gift to all who knew her. Always cherished and forever missed. Love you Debbie!
