JOAN REED Obituary

Joan Reed, 90, of Trout Run, died Saturday, September 13, 2025, at UPMC Wellsboro. She was born on October 22, 1934, in Cogan House Twp., a daughter of George and Genevie (Alexander) Patterson.
Joan was the wife of Carl Reed who died August 23, 2016. She had been an employee of the former Wundies in Liberty. Joan was a member of East Point United Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing.
Joan is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ron (Ellen) Reed of Liberty, Donnie Reed of Arnot; four daughters and sons -in-law, Carol (William) Smith of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Laura (Jeff) Tripp of Liberty, Tina (Denny) Atkinson of Covington, Carlene Harer of Sebring; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter in-law, Lydia Reed and a son in-law, Steven Harer.
A private graveside service will take place in Steam Valley Cemetery.
