MARILYN ROBERTSON Obituary
Marilyn E. (Blackwell) Robertson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed peacefully on March 6, 2018.
Born in Stoneham, Mass., she resided in Stow, Mass., Groton, Mass., and Pepperell, Mass. Marilyn graduated Chamberlain College with a degree in Interior Design. She pursued an interest in watercolor painting, studying with renowned watercolorists and producing an impressive body of her own work. She was an active Garden Club member in Stow and Groton, Mass.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, Donald. E. Robertson, originally from Morris; her daughter, Cheryl D. Robertson and her partner, Gayle S. Picard, of Pepperell; her son, Bradford P. Robertson and his wife, Abby Phinney Robertson of Pepperell; a brother, Vern Blackwell, of New Hampshire; granddaughter Charlotte Vieira; grandsons Nicolas Robertson, Lucas Vieira, Benjamin Robertson; great-grandson McCoy Robertson; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A service for family and friends will be held at McGaffigan Funeral Home, 37 Main Street, Rte. 113, Pepperell, Mass., on Friday, March 23, from 2-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marilyn's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452. www.mcgaffiganfuneral.com
