MAUDE LOWE Obituary
She was born on June 23, 1945 in Wellsboro, a daughter of Clifford and Nellie (Simons) Benson. Mattie was married to Philip Maurice Lowe for 56 years.
She was a hairdresser and owned Three C's Styling Salon. Mattie was a member of Mansfield Business Women's Club formerly known as BPW. She also did some modeling and was a judge for a preteen contest.
Mattie is survived by her husband; a son, Michael (Karen) Lowe of Telford; two daughters, Shelly (Tom) Gee of Middlebury Center and Phylis (Paul) Jensen of Gaines; three grandchildren, Dillon Herrold, Adam Lowe and Ryan Lowe; a brother, Andrew (Shirley) Benson of Blossburg; a sister, Roberta (Dale) Pierce of Four Oaks, N.C. and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Christopher Lowe.
Friends and family are invited to call on Sunday, July 11, from 1 - 2 p.m. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield.
