PAUL BUGAY Obituary
He was born in Birdsboro; the son of the late Dominic and Anna (Ferko) Bugay.
Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He served his community as an art teacher from pre-k to graduate school for over 36 years.
Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Steffie Mary (Winiarska) Bugay; his daughters, Stephanie Sharpe,Teresa Williamson, Paulette Lebchuk and her husband, Andrew, as well as his son; Paul Joseph and his wife, Jean; six grandchildren and one great-grandson. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary Fleming and Rose Harter. Paul was preceded in death by his sisters, Anna Rodolff and Dorothy Bugay; his brothers, John, Joseph and Andrew and his son-in-law Jack Sharpe.
Paul was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A viewing will be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov, 24, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial and entombment will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Reading, on Monday, Nov. 29, at 11 a.m..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 S 12th St., #101 Allentown, Pa. 18103.
