Phyllis Maxine Ward, 85, of Leona, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones at the Troy Community Hospital on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017
Arrangements will be handled by Buckheit Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Animal Care Sanctuary: 353 Sanctuary Hill Lane, East Smithfield, PA 18817 or to the Bradford County Humane Society: PO Box 179, Ulster, PA 18850.
