ROBERT DALTON Obituary
Bob was born Aug. 11, 1953, graduated from North Penn High School in Blossburg, Notre Dame University in South Bend, Ind. and Loyola University in Chicago, Ill. where he obtained his law degree.
Bob was the President Judge on the Tioga County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania from 1992 through 2014.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Edwina L. Dalton. He is also survived by his children, Daniel Dalton (Lauren Burge) of Pittsburgh; Sarah Dalton (Kelly Dalton) of Pittsburgh; Gregory Dalton of Telluride, Colo. and by two grandsons, Dae'Von Dalton and I'Veon Dalton of Pittsburgh. Bob is also survived by his father, Robert E. Dalton Sr. and step-mother Isabelle Dalton as well as his siblings Mark (Debbie) Dalton, Blossburg, Karen (David) Russell, Mansfield, Eileen (Jerry) Droleski, Elmira Heights, N.Y. and Mary Kay (Michael) Kelly, Hanover and many nieces and nephews. Bob is also survived by step-daughters Felicia (Brandon) Crumb of Wellsboro and Catherine Northup (Matthew Laxton) of Raleigh, N.C. and a step-grandson, Grayson Crumb.
Bob was predeceased by his mother, Carol J. Dalton in 2013 and his wife, Cynthia Dalton in 2017.
Bob loved life, was a musician, an avid reader and a faithful Catholic. He was a loving husband and beloved father. Those who had the privilege of knowing Bob respected his humble nature and unwavering faith in the face of his battle with pancreatic cancer.
In keeping with Bob's wishes, there will be a private service at a future date.

Bob was a classmate of John´s at Loyola Law School and was in the same study group. We got to know Bob during that time and kept in touch after graduation. Bob was always hard working, conscientious and fun to be around. We send our condolences to his family.

My heartfelt sympathy to the Dalton families. I was one of Bobby's babysitters in the early 60's in Blossburg, and remember him and all the Dalton children. My prayers are with you all at this time.

We only knew Bob for a brief time, but the immediate impression he made in our presence was such a blessing! When Bob walked into a room, you immediately noticed his unrivaled smile that revealed his joy to be in the moment, there with you :)
