Audrey S. 'Susie' Cebrosky

Mrs. Audrey S. "Susie" Cebrosky, 79, of Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, died suddenly early Monday morning, Sept. 15, 2025, in the St. Luke's Hospital, Carbon Campus, Franklin Township. She was the wife of Baron L. Cebrosky since Oct. 5, 1968.

She was employed as a cook/baker for CCI, Jim Thorpe, and short order cook at the Boulevard Drive-In, Lehighton. Previously, she worked with her late parents at the The Olympian Drive-In, Jim Thorpe. She was the head cook at Bowman Park Campmeeting, Bowmanstown, for 28 years.

Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Floyd W. and Ella Mae (Buck) Christman.

She was a member of Faith Alive Church, Palmerton, and the Big Creek Grange, Lehighton, and was a 1964 graduate of the Lehighton High School.

She was an avid baseball fan and rarely missed a Phillies game. Susie also enjoyed spoiling her granddaughters and hosting holiday family dinners.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Laura C., wife of Darren "Skip" Thomas of Bowmanstown; granddaughters, Bethany and Karyn; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also predeceased by a brother, David F. Christman.

Service: Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, Faith Alive Church, 678 Pine St., Palmerton. Interment, Franklin Heights Memorial Park, E. Weissport.
