Chad C. Hunadi

Chad C. Hunadi, 49, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in his residence. He was the husband of the late Stephanie A. Hunadi, who passed away on July 4, 2017.

Born in Lehighton, he was the son of Carol (Hunadi) Honshiko and stepfather Philip J. of Nesquehoning.

He was a 1994 graduate of Panther Valley High School and a graduate of LCCC with a degree in Education.

He was employed as a CNA for Weatherwood Nursing Home, Weatherly, a counselor for Concern Treatment Center for Boys, Lehighton, counselor for Camp Adams in Jim Thorpe, and was also a caregiver for people with disabilities.

He was a member of St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, Summit Hill, and the Nesquehoning Sokol Club.

Chad was an avid movie watcher and a WWE fan. He enjoyed cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles and also liked weightlifting. He especially loved the time he spent with his son, Hunter Hurst Hunadi (Triple H).

Surviving along with his mother and stepfather are a son, Hunter H. Hunadi of Nesquehoning; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Service: Funeral service 5 p.m. Friday, May 23, Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, with the Rev. Robert George officiating. A viewing will follow from 5:30-7:30 p.m. An interment service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 24, in SS. Cyril and Methodious Cemetery, Nesquehoning. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the Hunter Hunadi Education Fund, c/o Vince and Gloria Gogal, 101 W. Columbus Ave., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. The Joseph S.
