David Frantz Obituary

David W. Frantz
David W. Frantz of Kent, WA, died on Thursday, Sept. 3, after a long struggle with kidney cancer. He was the husband of Mary (Kissner) Frantz. They were married for 62 years.
He was a kind, loving husband and father who will be greatly missed.
A son of the late Grover A. and Josephine (Derby) Frantz of Summit Hill, he served in the U.S. Air Force.
Upon completion of his military duty, he attended Northrop Aeronautical Institute and graduated with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
Several years later, while working at the Space Center in Florida (during the time of the Moon Landing), he earned a master's degree. He retired from Boeing in 1995.
Surviving in addition to his widow are two daughters, Robin Frantz Osborn and Leslie Frantz; a son, Ezra Frantz; a granddaughter, Megan Osborn Schultz; a grandson, Joshua Osborn; a brother, Chester Frantz; a sister, Ellen Diaz; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

So sorry to hear of the passing of David Frantz. the Frantz family were my neighbors when I was a little boy in Summit Hill and Ellen is a classmate of mine from SHHS. Our condolences go out to Ellen, brother Chester and family and friends. Rest in peace David.
