Dolores June Stuckley

Dolores June Stuckley, 79, of Lehighton, passed into eternal rest on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025, in the Mahoning Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Mahoning Township. She was the wife of the late Norman Stuckley Sr., who died on Feb. 11, 1989, and the current companion of Danny Sebelin.

Born in Mahoning Valley on June 10, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Lula (Reichard) Rex.

She was employed in the garment industry for many years and also worked as a house cleaner.

Dolores was of the Lutheran faith and held a life membership at the Beaver Run Rod & Gun Club.

She loved going to bingo with her friends and family.

Surviving are a daughter, Mona Beers of Lehighton; two sons, Norman Stuckley Jr. of Weissport and Mahlon Stuckley (Tina) of Lehighton; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Bernetta Ginder and Marianne Moyer; and a brother, Clayton Rex.

Service: Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, Ovsak Funeral Home, 190 S. Fourth St., Lehighton, with LLM Emma Weaver officiating. Interment, Lehighton Cemetery. Call 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday. Contributions in her name may be made to the Carbon Co. Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. Online condolences can be offered at ovsakfh.com.
