Mrs. Faye D. Kibler

Mrs. Faye D. Kibler, 87, of Kunkletown, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in her home. She was the loving wife of the late Clair L. Kibler Sr. They celebrated 56 years of marriage together before his passing in 2016.

Born on April 11, 1938, at home in Kunkletown, she was a daughter of the late Wesley A.H. Borger and the late Florence (Smith) Borger.

Faye was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Kresgeville.

She was a bookkeeper and helped operate Kibler's Well Drilling in the West End with her husband, Clair, for over 50 years up until her passing. Prior to that, she worked as a secretary for Scotty's Fashions. Most of all, she was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Faye will be deeply missed by all her friends and family.

Surviving are two sons, Clair M. Kibler and Scott R. Kibler, and his wife, Angela; a daughter, Suzanne L. Burnett, and her husband, Truman III; a brother, William Borger, and his wife, Sandra; and five grandchildren, Blake Kibler, Trevor Kibler, Bryce Kibler, Elizabeth Burnett and Matthew Burnett.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by a son, Michael Todd Kibler; three brothers, Gilbert Borger, Leonard Borger and Leo Borger; and a sister, Shirley Borger.

Service: A graveside service will be scheduled on a later date at the convenience of the family. Cremation will take place in H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name may be made to Western Pocono Jaycees Memorial Park, P.O. Box 116 Gilbert, PA 18331.
